Reinstall Windows 10 and wait for fix for Windows 7
Ive tried to upgrade my windows 10 from 1709 to 1903 and after that i was told to reformat my pc. But then after reformatting i cant update windows to 1903 ive tried to reinstall windows but i always get the message "windows is unable to update your windows because you need to install a newer version of windows. Please download "windows 10 2019 version 1903" and try again. In most cases this problem can be solved by doing a clean install". I have tried every thing. i tried to download windows 10 2019 again and change the iso path but it didnt work.
Ive had the same problem for the past 3 days and im getting very annoyed. Please help me.
Please help me.

I actually found the same fix on how to downgrade Windows 10 version 1903, just follow the steps.
Install Windows 10 1903 to your PC.
Boot your PC in Recovery Mode and reset your PC.
Install the older version of Windows 10 OS.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a process for efficiently producing monodisperse disulfide-containing monomers for use in the production of organic semiconductors by solution polymerization and, more particularly, to a process for efficiently producing disulfide-containing monomers which contain a conjugated double bond, such as aniline-disulfide, 1,4-dithioanthracene, etc. by solution polymerization.
2. Description of the Prior Art
A process for producing organic semiconductors by solution polymerization of a monomer containing a disulfide group in a solvent having a high dielectric constant has been generally known (for example, see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-137942 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-143231). Since the dielectric constant of this solvent is high, high-order monomer molecules are formed by solution polymerization, and as a result, a disordered polymer is formed which has a low electrical conductivity and a low charge-carrier mobility.
Also, an attempt has been made to polymerize in a system which has an ability to control the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of a polymer by conducting solution polymerization under a controlled environment (for example, see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-11430). According to this attempt, the polymerization be359ba680
